If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the items within 30 days counting from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods to the following address:

Delivery cost is at your expense (unless the return is due to an error on our part). The original delivery costs shall not be reimbursed either.
Please fill out the Return Form on the right-hand side of your delivery note to indicate the quantities for the returned items and place it into the parcel to return. The Return Form is also attached to your delivery confirmation email and can be downloaded under "Track your recent orders" once you are logged in to "My account" on the website www.promod.eu.
Please note that the items must be returned in perfect condition and if possible in their original packaging. The Return Form must be correctly completed and inserted in the parcel.
As soon as we receive your returned items, we shall reimburse you the amount of the returned items.
