Returns and exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply bring back the items to a Promod shop within 30 days counting from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods. Please take along the delivery note. The shop will operate the return to the warehouse and you will be reimbursed by bank transfer once your parcel arrived in the warehouse. This could take several days.

Please note that the Promod shop cannot reimburse the item(s) returned in the shop!

*This offer applies to all Promod shops in France (except for Promod outlets and Promod Concessions at the Galeries Lafayette stores of Biarritz, Dax, Lyon Bron and Haussmann), Belgium, Luxembourg and Portugal.

Delivery cost is at your expense (unless the return is due to an error on our part). The original delivery costs shall not be reimbursed either.

Please fill out the Return Form on the right-hand side of your delivery note to indicate the quantities for the returned items and place it into the parcel to return. The Return Form is also attached to your delivery confirmation email and can be downloaded under "Track your recent orders" once you are logged in to "My account" on the website www.promod.eu.

Please note that the items must be returned in perfect condition and if possible in their original packaging. The Return Form must be correctly completed and inserted in the parcel.

As soon as we receive your returned items, we shall reimburse you the amount of the returned items.

Promod.eu does not propose a direct exchange system. If you want to exchange any of your items, you will have first to return the items that do not suit you and then place a new order to receive the desired items.

However, for each order you place, we offer you free delivery on any next order placed within 15 days of the first order. Therefore, if you decide to exchange an article upon reception, you can make another order immediately without waiting for your exchange to be processed.
